Akoya Pearls
Masato's akoya pearl products are produced and imported from Mie, Japan. All akoya pearls are of Hanadama quality and are cultured between 1.5 to 2 years. Akoya pearls range from 7 to 9-mm and are available in white and pink undertones.
Tahitian Black Pearls
All black pearls are imported from Tahiti. The Tahitian government imposes a minimum nacre thickness 0.8-mm on all pearl exports. Black pearls range from 9 to 18-mm in gradients of charcoal, green and silver.
South Sea Gold & White Pearls
Ninety percent of South Sea pearls are imported from Australia the remainder may be imported from Indonesia or the Philippines. South Sea pearls range from 9 to 19-mm in gold or white.
The Princess Length Necklace
The Princess Length Necklace (40 to 50-cm) is the "classic" pearl necklace. The Princess compliments most attire. Princess Length Necklaces are available in multiple pearl types with solid 18-kt yellow gold clasps.
The Opera Length Necklace
When worn as a single strand The Opera Length Necklace (70 to 90-cm) dips below the bust line. This flowing length allows for other stylish alternatives like doubling and knotting. Opera Length Necklaces are available in multiple pearl types with solid 18-kt yellow gold clasps.
Masato Pendant
Masato's original pendant is beautiful and versatile. The pendant is composed of a 7.5 to 8-mm naturally pink pearl, framed by two 6-mm white pearls on a 14-kt white gold strand. The pendant's design compliments both casual and formal attire.
Stud Earings
Akoya stud earrings are available in sizes ranging 6 to 9-mm. Earrings are made with 18-kt yellow gold post- stopper binding systems (pushes) only. This stud earring design will be available in multiple pearl types.
Masato Packaging
All Masato products are encased in Masato's wooden packaging. All packaging is custom designed. Masato's packaging is a part of the products' identity-Masato hopes customers will continue to use this packaging to house their Masato products. The boxes are entirely wood, no bolts, hinges or nails are used. In some models, magnets are embedded into the frame-creating a seamless lock between the lid and base. The Masato logo and nameplate is engraved gold leaf on each lid, Masato's signature of premium quality and style.
